When a resort owner is killed in his own bed, is it murder of the supernatural kind? Sam and Dean investigate, but will they figure it out in time?

Sam and Dean take a minivacation, and stumble on their next gig. An old, abandoned house with recent renovations. Did the construction activity awaken an angry spirit, or are they simply normal accidents?
